Elizabeth’s passion for food started early with mud pies in the backyard. Although that passion has not always played a role in her work it has been a consistent outlet for self-expression, creativity, and connection. She earned a German Literature degree from Austin College and Culinary Arts degree from Le Cordon Bleu College. Her non-linear career path started in software development, training, and consulting. She then chose to switch gears and pursue baking, but this time with food instead of mud.
Elizabeth is particular, in the best possible sense. Her appetite for flavor exploration and product development is the force propelling innovation at RBF, Inc.
