Bassima is passionate about the power of intersections in every aspect of life. She is Lebanese-American with roots in Cote d’Ivoire and considers herself a global citizen. She has an MBA from Babson College and is a graduate of Queen’s University. In June 2014, she founded BHM Consulting to partner with organizations on disruptive strategies at the intersection of business and social transformation. Recently, Bassima was the President of the Sara Blakely Foundation and helped drive ecosystem strategy at Spanx. She also worked at Nike Inc. and other organizations in various roles in IT, Supply Chain and Strategy. Check out her TEDx Portland in 2012 about the power of The Ripple Effect.
